Yes: Idiosyncratic differences are always a possibility, but if you can take both of these meds individually, then there should be no problem taking them together. [claritin-d however includes the moderately stimulating ingredient, pseudoephedrine, so be careful with this antihistamine-decongestant -- occasionally, one may be "overstimulated" and have the jitters, or increased anxiety or irritability].
