No, but: Motor tics often occur along with the symptoms of adhd and ocd. The areas of the brain involved with the different disorders are very similar and near to each other. However, one does not "cause " the others. Some medications used to treat adhd, though, may make tic disorders worse, so it is important for your doctor to know you have tics as different meds or doses may be indicated.

Some: Most motor tics associated with adhd are related to medication side effects. Some tics, motor or other types are unrelated to either disorder. OCD tics would have an anxiety reducing component to them. See a doctor to get some professional perspective on this.
