If warranted, yes: If there is a particular clinical reason to prescribe it, i would but would also take into account the total psychiatric history of the individual and their physical history as well. Drug drug interactions would also be carefully reviewed. I have in fact prescribed people with ocd who had concomitant add or adhd psychostimulants and have kept them on them if they had a good response. Sometimes the psychostimulant is added on to see if it will augment the response to a partial responder to ocd medications.

Not for OCD: Someone can have both ocd and adhd -- and in such a case, he might be prescribed adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). But this would not be the sole treatment, since Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) does not treat ocd. An experienced psychiatrist would need to evaluate this person and develop a treatment plan.
