Call a therapist: Call and make an appointment with a therapist and or talk with a supervisor at work about ways to improve your skills at presenting for work. Most people will forget the presentation in a while and stop talking about it. By the next time you need to present, you will be better prepared and ready to do a good job to make up for the last presentation., good luck.
