Do you derive : Pleasure from bullying bullies? My opinion is that a bully is a bully. There are ways to achieve a goal without being cruel.

Bullies: I agree with dr. Fowler. The process of "bullying" has 2 sides: the bully and the bullied. If you're overly occupied with either side, you still have a problem around bullying and may need help. Being a "good person" can take many forms. Perpetrating on another living being is not one of them -- and distracts you from the good you can do in the world (including help those who are bullied).
