I took a test for aspergers syndrome and got a aq score of 42. is this significant? should i tell my counselor or psychiatrist?

Was it the : Autism spectrum quotient from aspergertest.Net? "32-50 indicates a strong likelihood of Asperger syndrome or autism." however, this is a screening test - it doesn't necessarily mean that you have this diagnosis. It would be good to let both your psychiatrist and counselor know.
