Rash too?: People can be itchy with, or without a rash. Rashes of eczema, psoriasis, scabies, and allergy to something touching the skin can be quite itchy. If you are itchy all over, without a rash, or dry skin, internal causes must be considered. This can include liver, kidney, thyroid disease, or anemia. A medical doctor or dermatologist can order appropriate blood tests to check for this.
