Depends on cause.: Breast soreness can occur due to stretching from increased fluid retention. Breast pain can occur in conjunction w premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, your period, pregnancy, hormone imbalance or use of oral contraceptives. Consider midol, Acetaminophen or nsadi depending on possible cause.
