Please help! i have ajust been diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder and am kind of freaking out?

Thats difficult.: Im sorry you are having a hard time with the diagnosis. It is best to discuss your concerns and questions with your provider. There is a lot of misinformation online and everyones bipolar may present differently. So it is best to discuss it with your provider.
