May be: Something called chostocondritis which is an inflammation of the cartilage between your ribs and sternum. However, any chest pain should be assessed by a physician to make sure there is not a cardiac cause. My recommendation would be to see a physician as soon as possible to make sure you do not have any cardiac issues, then chase down an injection for chostocondritis if there are no other issues.
