No: Low back pain can sometimes occur from round ligament pain. The round ligaments "suspend" the uterus in your body, and as it stretches to accommodate the baby, it can put pressure on the suspensory ligaments. Low back pain in pregnancy can also be generated if your baby "implanted" on the back surface of the uterus, putting strain on your lumbar spine and sacrum.
