No advisable.: Do you mean taking it all at once ? If yes, i would not advise it. You will have taken 30 mg of hydrocodone and 3 gm of tylenol (acetaminophen) all at once if you do it. 30 mg of hydrocodone may be too much for you as a single dose and 3 gm of tylenol (acetaminophen) leaves you with igm of additional tylenol (acetaminophen) before you reach the allowable 4 gm tylenol (acetaminophen) quantity limit/day. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and nsaids have a ceiling effect.
