Is it okay to drink a beer after epidural steroid injection?

Depends on any use : Of medication and whether you have any issues in terms of a possible spinal headache which can occur in about 2% of those having an epidural injection. If you have no headaches, you are tolerating a normal diet and you have recovered from any sedation medication given and are not taking any meds that may interact with alcohol along with having no medical reasons not to, a beer should be ok.

Sedation: If you had sedation for the epidural it is not advised to drink alcohol.
