Go to ER now: If you're throwing up blood, you need to be seen by a doctor now. Bulimia risks many health issues, including esophageal and stomach injury and/or rupture. Over time, you need a treatment team that includes a primary care physician, psychiatrist, nutritionist, and psychotherapist(s). Right now you need to go to an emergency room to have your bloody vomiting evaluated.
