Likely incidental: It is difficult to answer without detailed history whether you ever had sudden paralysis, weakness or speech difficulty in the past. In view of your young age it may be only incidental radiological ct scan or MRI scan finding. Why was imaging done in the first place. Only your neurologist or ordering physician can explain better.
