Go to Gyn: The er is there to make sure you are stable and don't need to go to the hospital. I am sure that one of the instructions on discharge is go to the proper md or your md. They are not there to find causes, only to make sure you are stable. The gyn will do the proper exam, tests, evaluations and treatment.
