Get Tested: It would be impossible for a pregnancy to be causing your symptoms. That would be physically impossible given how early your pregnancy would be if you are pregnant. But, as you have been repeatedly advised it is time to sign off of the application here and go get a pregnancy test. Full back pain is in no way diagnostic of pregnancy.
