Should see doc..: It is possible that you have diarrhea-predominant ibs (irritable bowel syndrome), but have some other common symptoms to ibs include bloating, gasiness, frequent/urge to have bm, early satiety, dyspepsia symptoms etc... Without further detail, i can't be for sure. Nevertheless, being 22 and no other health issues, ibs is more likely, especially if this has been an ongoing issue for you. Good luck.

Why persistent...: Diarrhea? Been evaluated? Multiple causes, including parasites, infection, inflammation, celiac sprue, pancreatic troubles, hormonal effects, irritable bowel syndrome, other. Tumors unlikely at uour age. See md.
