Hypochondrias: This is a form of anxiety disorder. People with anxiety are very sensitive to the function of their bodies. They feel their heart beats, sense stomach digesting. Just like moving into a new house you notice all the sounds. A mental health provider can help with therapy and medications to reduce your anxiety. Going to medical docs often just leads to unnecessary tests that reinforces your fear.

It depends: On why you see him and what he finds.
