Doubtful: Heart attack does not cause 2 weeks of solid discomfort. Uncommonly other cardiac problems can. More common, especially in women your age, w/o unusual family history would be esophageal issues, such as reflux. No improvement, or ongoing, or recurrent, or other symptoms- further evaluation.

Chest tightness: Gastrointestinal issue, reflux a good possibility with symptoms related to meals, does pantozol help? Heart attack unlikely but cardiac issue should be considered.
