Question?: What's your question? Are you worried that the yeast infection or the cure of the yeast infection might have caused or be related to the cramping? If so, that's very unlikely as cramping is typically hormonal. It's possible that this month your hormones changed. And cramping doesn't always mean bleeding, some women have cramping and then don't go on to have a period (i know, crazy, huh?).
