Cold turkey??: You haven't listed all your medications, but suddenly stopping the xanax (alprazolam) could risk seizures for sure. You sound like you may be in withdrawal, and i suggest a taper rather than "cold turkey." Norco can cause a withdrawal syndrome also. For your own health, please work with your doctor on this rather than doing what you're doing.
