Possibly: Occasionally women will think there was a tampon in the vagina and there isn't, and sometimes she'll think there isn't one but there is. If a tampon went in easily likely none was lost inside. You can feel inside and make sure you don't have a tampon there. A tampon left in the vagina will give a bad odor after a few days. Some women will have to have an exam to have it removed.
