A belly full: Large meals cause a diversion of circulation to the gastrointestinal tract to aid digestive processes. Blood sugar can rapidly rise. Blood pressure occasionally shifts. In cardiac disease, circulatory volume and blood pressure changes may responsible. People with glucose intolerance (not just diabetics) may become symptomatic with rapid rise in blood sugar.
