Go get evaluation: The lack of sensation to urinate and there has to be urine there as you are incontinent is concerning. You have to see your doctor and proper evaluations have to be made as to why you are incontinent and yet lack the sensation.

This is very serious! Go to an ER if you can't get in to see your doctor right away. You could have a problem with your spinal cord, and paralysis is a risk if you wait!
