Dizziness difficult: Dizziness is very difficult to diagnose because it could mean imbalance vertigo or lightheadedness. Yours may be more like vertigo because it was triggered by moving your eyes. Causes of vertigo can be the inner ear, medication side effects, migraine, anxiety, and central causes, such as TIA and vascular issues. Most dizziness is not concerning.
