Conception times: Around the time of ovulation many women have a thin stringy cervical mucus that is optimal to allow sperm to swim thru the cervix. Count the days from the start of one period to start of next, divide in half and that is the best time to conceive. So, for 28 days, 14 days from start of her period is a good time. Or use ovulation prediction kits, which are sold usually next to the pregnancy tests.
