Post coital spotting: Mirena (levonorgestrel) works in part by thinning out the lining of the uterus (the endometrium). Sex, especially if it results in orgasm, may result in some rhythmic contractions that may loosen some of the tissue causing spotting. Cervical irritation may cause the same. An std like chlamydia or gonorrhea may cause similar symptoms, though usually with more discharge. Considering checking pregnancy test too.
