White coat syndrome: BP can vary with time of day and stress and psychological state. Some people claim their blood pressure is always higher in the doctor's office due to some degree of anxiety. If you are sure you are doing it right then go by the one taken when you are relaxed. Just be sure you are doing it right.

Hmmmm: As far as i can tell those BP are essentially the same numbers. It is common for BP to be a few points higher at the docs than at home. Home BP are generally more reliable.
