Chamomile tea: Chamomile tea can be mildly sedative, and help with sleep. Also, reducing the blue screens 15-30 minutes before you go to bed, such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, tvs, and monitor screens can help relax you. Turning the lights down, and having hot tea or warm milk, or having a hot shower or bath can help you sleep, because when we sleep our body temperatures drop a couple of degrees.
