Alternative voice: It is time to figure out why you have reflux and work to heal this rather than just keep taking extreme doses of antacids. Your diet, your weight, no more alcohol and if you smoke this has to stop immediately.

Yes: Your gastroenterology may consider endoscopic studies with possible biopsy if symptoms persist. Standard gerd precautions is neccessary.

Waking middle of night "starving" but food doesn't help. Carafate (sucralfate) sometimes helps. Take prevacid 15mg qd. Increase? Or take Pepcid AC at night?
