Not 4 Doctors to say: Physicians should have no opinion about your sexual choices unless they put you at risk for disease. Now, we all have different definitions for the word "rough'. I would only have an opinion on this if you are getting hurt, or if the sex was not consensual. In medicine we do not use the words 'bad' or 'good' for most activities. So, if you are not getting hurt and participate willingly…then.

It depends: This is a value judgment. If both (or maybe more than both ;) participants equally consent to rough sex and no one gets hurt then I do not feel it is "bad." if one person forces it on another against their consent then i would consider it to be very bad.
