Possible cyst: Could be a cyst which can get inflamed or infected. Warm sits baths (sitting in warm bath water for 10-15 min) and topical antibiotic ointment can help. If it does not go away you will need to see a doctor. They may need to prescribe an oral antibiotic or remove it. A persistent growth needs to be evaluated and/or biopsies to rule out cancer.
