Sarcastic?: So, you think we're "great doctors?" hmmm. Protandim is a mix of 5 herbal ingredients. There's a very nice monograph on wikipedia: http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/protandim i can't comment on its safety and am certain, since it's not fda regulated, that there are no controlled trials. You can take Niacin with tricor (fenofibrate). Niacin can adversely affect glucose control/hgba1c. Good luck.
