I do know (IDK) : A migraine is not just simply a headache. It is should be viewed as an attack that is accompanied by various neurological and non-neurological features as well as headache. Lightheadedness and dizziness are associated factors like nausea, sensitivity to light..It also could be medication overuse headache. Rec: see your pcp for further investigation.
