Unhealthy; change!: White rice ; pasta are starches which give energy but are relatively devoid of vitamins, minerals ; phytonutrients. This diet ireases risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. The best thing to do is to eat more vegetables and fruits and reduce your intake of rice ; pasta. Brown rice has more nutrients than white rice.
