Ct scan for showed protuberant cavernous carotid artery. blood in nasal drainage for months. not a lot, but definitely present. what does this mean?

Unlikely: It is unlikely that these are related findings because your nose gets its blood supply from the other branch of the carotid artery. I am not sure what is meant by "protuberant" but if they mean it looks like aneurysmal, you should keep an eye on it and see a neurosurgeon that specializes in vascular disease.
