Bleeding/Pregnant: If you are bleeding and your doctor isn't as concerned, it may be that the bleeding isn't from the uterus but from the cervix. If you had a sonogram that showed that all was well with the fetus, there was no blood around the sac and there isn't any separation of the sac, this is more encouraging. Still, you should continue to monitor the bleeding and let your doctor know if it gets heavier.
