Infection : Brown discharge can indicate an infection usually bacteria. Also spotting after inter course can usually indicate an infection. You should see doctors for testing and treatment. You can also try over the counter repHresh which helps restore balance to vagina by making the vagina more acid which limits growth of bad bacteria
