Off label perhaps??: Both drugs are indicated for alzheimer's and rivastigmine also for parkinsonian dementia. Have used for other conditions such as brain injury and the cognitive problems associated with ms, but rather unusual to gain much success. Do not really find great value in other areas of confusion, but many drugs have anti-cholinergic reactions, and in this case, may be useful indeed to counteract these.
