Exelon (rivastigmine): Some are Diarrhea, Nausea, Indigestion, Gases, Confusion, Dizziness, Hallucinations, Feeling sick. Less common are Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Sweating, Head pain, High blood pressure, UTI, Weight loss. Rare ones are Aggression, Anemia, Cataracts, Bloody urine, Heart failure, Kidney failure, Nosebleeds, Rash, Seizures, Stroke.
