Pinched Nerve: Sounds like a pinched nerve in your neck. Typically that is most times what causes pain all the way down or up your arm. Alternatively, it could be a pinched nerve in arm as well like in the brachial plexus and/or nerve entrapment elsewhere. If it does not resolve, i would suggest seeing a physician who test for spine and nerve issues like a physiatrist (pm;r doc).
