Tough: Skin and skin conditions are very difficult to discuss without face to face or photo. Could be simple "pimples", moles, warts, sebaceous cysts, etc. Your pcp needs to look at this.

??: Without an exam is hard to tell exactly what these are. I would recommend that you see your surgeon and consider having them removed if needed.
