High doses: Of Estradiol - and 8 mg/day is fairly high - can definitely suppress ovulation. On the other hand, BBT is not the most reliable of tests. If you do not start a period then most likely the Estradiol dosing suppressed ovulation; it will resume when you are off the medicine.
