Pain in chest and back when i take a deep breath in and when i exhale fully.back pain is like where my lungs are.chest pain to the left. ideas why?

Rib dislocation: Could be a rib dislocation or possibly costochondritis (inflammation of where the ribs and cartilage meet). I would recommend seeing a osteopathic physician to see if they can correct the rib issue. Many times they can place the rib back in proper alignment. Make sure you see a do that does manipulation as their main practice, they are the best.
