Pressure in the Head: Pressure in the head: if you were to look into the medical textbooks differential diagnosis on "head pressure" you would see such things as headache nonspecific all the way to aggressive intracerebral brain tumors. In between there are vascular causes, metabolic causes, and autoimmune causes in that large differential. Check with your physician if you are experiencing recurrent head pressure.
