Usually...: Heartburn is felt in the upper abdomen or lower chest in the midline. But, it can even be felt in the throat or anywhere in the chest.

I dd a stress test 8 years ago to find out what was wrong(heart was good). turned out it was GERD. i have some chest pain right now, it comes and goes.. sharpp on my left side. not center left, but more left. is this cause for concern? im 29yr?
