Bad posture : You don't need to do anything. However, poor posture, prolonged sitting and stress are good reasons to cause shoulder and back pain. - do not slouch in front of the computer or bend your head while texting. - take breaks while surfing on internet or posting on health top (j.K.). - do not ignore neck and shoulder problems, call your doctor for the exploration.
