I told my mom about my cutting. she cried, and told me never to do it again. well, i did. and i am scared that if i tell my mom she'll cry again. help?

She may cry, but: Your mother may cry, but she needs to help you get mental health care. Please ask her to help you do this -- she can do this while crying, if need be. Your primary care doctor can be a help. If your mother is not able to respond, please tell your school guidance counselor about this so that s/he can connect with your parents and get you the help you need. This is important! be well.
