Reduce Calories: Increase your physical activities and reduce your calorie (sugar and fat ) intake. Stop any frequent soda and hamburger eating.

Common sense: Eat less, exercise more. I know, easier said than done -- but there's no magical way to lose weight -- or to accomplish anything else, for that matter. Do the math: less calories into your body, more calories burned by your body. That's how you lose weight. Ain't nothin' to it, but to do it.
